Returns / exchanges

Ordered the wrong product or changed your mind? No problem! We are happy for you to return goods purchased at www.knog.com for a full refund or exchange, so long as they are in new and unused condition and returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Knog does not cover shipping costs incurred to return goods for refund or exchange.

If you would like to return goods for a refund due to reasons not relating to a warranty claim, please ensure that all items are in new, unopened and unused condition and received within the last 30 days. Returns must include the following:

·        Original order number

·        Contact email address (to confirm refund)

·        Reason for return

Exchanges are at Knogs discretion and limited to stock availability. The same terms apply as with a return for refund outlined above. Please email hello@knog.com.au with the details of your exchange request, including:

·        Original order number

·        Item to be exchanged and preferred alternative

·        Full name and postal address
