Under any circumstances DO NOT attempt to remove the Scout from the iOS Bluetooth device list to resolve the connection. This will break the bonded/encrypted connection to the Scout.
Firstly, try a force close of the Knog app, by bringing the app to centre screen, then swipe up to close it. Reopening the Knog app should re-establish the connection with your Scout.
If this doesn’t solve the issue, try restarting the Scout by briefly plugging a charger into to the USB-C port.
If you have altered your Scouts bluetooth settings manually (tried to disconnect or connect directly via your phones Bluetooth settings) or if the Scouts bonded bluetooth connection is broken, you will need to perform a factory reset. Do not attempt a factory reset if your Scout is armed - reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
