Can I edit or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit or cancel your order, due to the efficiency of our warehouse teams processes, and the differing office hours that we maintain.

If you have made a mistake on your order, you can contact us as soon as possible, but please note that with international orders, differing time zones and office hours, generally our team here in Australia cannot change, update or cancel orders before they are dispatched!
