How do I enable the brake reflex function for my Cobber Reflex?

Some Cobber Reflex rear light modes feature an optional brake reflex setting. When this setting is enabled, the light intensity will spike as the Cobber detects your bike decelerating.

The brake reflex setting can be configured for compatible modes via our Modemaker 2.0 web app. Simply register an account, connect your light to your computer and then follow the connection instructions to pair your light.

Once the light is paired with your account, you can then customize the lights modes & specific settings for each mode - you can add or remove modes, adjust a modes brightness, enable reflex modes & adjust sensitivity settings.

To enable the reflex brake setting on a compatible light mode:

  1.  select the mode you would like to edit and click on the slider to push it over to "enabled" and then click the "apply" button. You can also adjust the brake reflex sensitivity if you would like to further customize this setting to suit your needs.

  2. When you are done configuring your preferred settings for your light, simply locate the "upload to light" button near the top center of the lights mode selection page and click this. You will receive a message telling you it is safe to disconnect your light, and you're then ready to ride!
