My PWR light wont connect to Modemaker

For PWR Trail, Road and Mountain please ensure you're connecting the Light head and not the PWR bank. Please ensure you're also using the supplied red cable.

For PWR Commuter and PWR Rider please ensure you're connecting via the micro USB port. Please ensure you're also using the supplied red cable.

If you're still having issues could you, please try an alternative PC/Mac if you have one available. You can also try setting up an alternative Modemaker account with a different email address.
