Ordered the wrong product or changed your mind? No problem! We are happy for you to return goods purchased at www.knog.com for a full refund, provided the product(s) are in new and unused condition and the return is requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Knog does not cover any return shipping costs incurred or provide return shipping labels to return goods for refund.
Returns process:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team here to request a a return.
Step 2: A team member will contact you to confirm that your return request has been received and can be processed.
Step 3: Ship the goods back to us at the following address:

Please ensure that all return shipments include reference to your original Knog order number.
Step 4: A team member will contact you as soon as the return has arrived back and the goods assessed for a refund.
Upon assessment, refunds are generally processed and complete within 5-10 days, with funds returned to your original payment type. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund transaction as soon as it is processed.
The following conditions apply to all returns, with the exception of requests that relate to a warranty claim:
- Return or refund must be requested within 30 days of receiving goods
- Item(s) must be undamaged and in new condition
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging and unopened.
- Knog’s return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
- Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they are confirmed as delivered back to us
- All returns must be sent to our office address as specified (we do not accept direct returns to the warehouse).
- Knog does not cover any return shipping costs incurred or provide return shipping labels to return goods for refund.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
