Whats Covered Under Warranty?

Knog stands behind everything we design, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty on all products and offer a 30-day returns policy for orders made via www.knog.com & us.knog.com

2-Year Warranty

All Knog products hold a two year warranty from date of purchase. We will cover defective hardware, software faults & factory defects. We won't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, accidents or theft.

If you believe you have received a faulty item or that a fault has developed and you purchased directly via www.knog.com or us.knog.com, please complete this Warranty Form. If we can confirm the fault and can't resolve the issue, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.

If you purchased from an online retailer or shop, please contact your point of purchase for warranty.

How Do I Submit a Warranty Claim?

Bought from an online retailer or shop?  It is usually best practice to go directly to that store, or contact them online to submit a claim.
