Whats Covered Under Warranty?

Knog stands behind everything we design, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty on all products and have a 30-day returns policy for orders made via www.knog.com & us.knog.com

2-Year Warranty

All Knog products hold a two year warranty from date of purchase. We will cover defective hardware, software faults & factory defects. We won't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If you believe you have received a faulty item and you purchased from us directly, please complete this Warranty Form. If we can't resolve the issue, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.

If you purchased from a retailer or shop, it is generally best practice to contact your point of purchase for warranty.

Spare Parts & Replacement Straps

Replacement parts are available from straps, mounts, clasps & USB charge cables. These can be purchased here.

How Do I Submit a Warranty Claim?

Bought from a shop?  It is usually best practice to go directly to that store, or contact them online to submit a claim.
