I cant connect my light to Modemaker. What am I doing wrong?

Please check that your light is compatible with Modemaker. You can find a full list of compatible lights here.

Make sure you’re using the supplied cable. If you’ve lost yours, you can grab one from our website, or from a local office supply store. Reach out if you are not sure what lead you need.

 

For PWR Trail and PWR Road ensure you're connecting the Light head and not the powerbank/battery.

 

For PWR Commuter and PWR Rider make sure you're connecting via the micro USB port.

 

Cobber lights can be connected without a cable, although depending on your computer and USB placement, you may need to use one to get a secure connection.

 

If you're still having issues, try an alternative PC/Mac if you have one available and/or try setting up a new account with a different email.
