Scout Bike Connectivity and Bluetooth FAQ

  • I selected ‘Forget this Device’ in iOS->Settings->Bluetooth, and now I can’t connect to the Scout in the Knog Mobile app. What can I do ?
  • How do I know if my Scout has gone outside the Bluetooth range?
  • I added a new Scout via the Bluetooth device list via iOS->Settings->Bluetooth. How do I add it to the Knog Mobile App ?
  • After pairing my Scout to the Knog Mobile app, I can see the Knog Scout listed under ‘MY DEVICES’ in iOS->Settings->Bluetooth. Why does it appear here ?
