All Knog products are covered for 2 years from date of purchase. If over 2 years, then sorry this isn’t covered.

NOT COVERED: Wear and tear, gifts, forgetting your lock combination or losing your lights in a bush somewhere
Spare Parts & Replacement Straps
Replacement parts are available from straps, clasps, USB charge cables and silicone skins. These can be purchased here.
How Do I Submit a Warranty Claim?
Bought from a shop? It is usually best practice to go directly to that store, or contact them online and they should put you right.
