Double check the Quick Start guide for details of ON/OFF operation - as the Bilby comes “locked” for transportation reasons.
Check if your Bilby has any charge by plugging your Bilby into a USB charge port looking to see if the battery indicator LEDs flash.
If your Bilby will still not turn on please contact us directly.
