If you have plugged your Bilby, Bandicoot or Quokka in to charge and you see no charge indicator LED's light up to signal the charge level, it could be likely that you have plugged the head lamp in upside down.
Due to the size and shape of the integrated USB, it can be possible to plug these in around the wrong way, and so if you unplug the head lamp and flip it over before plugging back in, this should do the trick!
