Bandicoot, Bilby & Quokka head lamps will arrive in a locked mode in order to preserve the battery. To unlock, press down both buttons for 3 seconds. A white light will flash showing that your head lamp is unlocked.
Alternatively, it may need to be charged prior to use and will also automatically unlock the first time that you plug it in to charge.
If your head lamp is not turning on or charging and you do not see any LED lights lit up when connected to a charger please try unplugging the head lamp and flipping it over to plug it in the other way around.
Due to the size and shape of the integrated USB, it can be possible to plug head lamps in upside down, and so if you unplug the head lamp and flip it over before plugging back in, this should do the trick!
