FL1 is an industry standard in which the light dims over a short period of time to extend/maximize run times and battery lifespan.
It is possible to get a constant lumen output by simply deselecting FL1 for the mode of your choice, in our Modemaker Version 1.0 app (Bandicoot & Bilby head lamps only).
Please keep in mind this will impact run times, as constant output will drain the battery quicker. If you want this option, we recommend utilizing a lower output mode on constant lumen output. For Bilby, both the Spot and Mid LED's at 200 lumen for example, will be more than enough to light up any trail while giving you hours of runtime.
