What Happens Once You've Ordered?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours here in Melbourne, Australia. Once your order is on the move, Australia Post or DHL (for international orders), will send you an email with the parcel tracking info so you can watch its progress (be sure to check your junk email, sometimes it ends up there). Orders cannot be amended once they've been placed.
Please note that international orders outside of the EU & UK may be subject to additional customs and duty charges to be paid by the receiver. Knog has no control or liability here.
Can't Find Your Country In Our Selector Tool?
If your country isn't in our Country Selector (top of website), then unfortunately we can't fulfil your order. However, there may be retailers in your country that do sell Knog products, so Google 'Knog' to find a local seller.
