For any critical firmware updates, your Scout app will prompt you to conduct this update. Otherwise, firmware updates can be found int the device settings under Update Firmware. Select the most current update available and click Update. The firmware update will begin.
If a firmware update fails, please ensure that your Scout has adequate charge before attempting the update again. Please also ensure that your phone remains in close proximity to the Scout for the duration of the update, and that your phone has a stable internet connection.
