How do I remove my Scout Travel from the Knog app ?

To remove a Scout from the Knog app:

  1. select the device you wish to remove and navigate to the settings for this device.
  2. Scroll down and click Remove. Accept the removal warning. Your Scout Travel will be removed from your app.
  3. The device will also need to be removed from your phones Bluetooth device list. Find the device in the list via your phones settings and click "Forget this Device".

If removing the Scout Travel in order to connect to a different phone / user it is also advisable to remove it from the Apple Find My app, as a new user will not be able to remove this connection.

To reconnect the Scout or add it to an alternate phone you will need to perform a factory reset.
