Selecting ‘Forget this Device’ will remove the secure bonded connection to the Scout. This will prevents any further connection between the Scout from the Knog Scout app. Find My works separately and you will still be able to interact with the Scout. To restore the connection to the Knog app will require a factory reset of the Scout. The factory reset will break the connection to FindMy too.
If this is done when the Scout is armed, then you will need to contact Knog Help for instructions on recovering your device.
