The Scout has made a bonded/encrypted connection with the iOS device without the Knog app. The Scout will not be discoverable to the Knog app.
The correct way to pair a new Scout with your phone is to use “Add New” in the Knog Mobile App, then accept the Bluetooth pairing request.
To resolve this, “forget device” from the iOS Bluetooth device list, perform a factory reset and pair your Scout via the Knog app.
Do not attempt this process if the Scout has previously been set up via the Knog app and is in an armed state
