My Scout is Already Connected to an Apple Find My Account.

If you have purchased a Scout from a retailer or second hand and upon set up Apple Find My informs you that the device is already connected to an account, this indicates that the Scout has previously been used/set up by another user, and it has not been factory reset correctly prior to you receiving it.

Due to Apple privacy and security policies / terms and conditions, only the owner of the connected Find My account can remove this connection and so you will need to contact your point of purchase in order to rectify this issue. or to request a replacement.

Knog cannot access or alter any Apple Find My information.
