My Scout is Already Connected to an Apple Find My Account.

If you bought a Scout from a retailer or second hand and Apple Find My tells you the device is already linked to an account during setup, this means the Scout was previously used or set up by someone else and wasn't properly factory reset before you received it.

Because of Apple’s privacy and security policies, only the owner of the connected Find My account can remove this connection. You'll need to reach out to where you purchased the Scout to resolve this issue or request a replacement.

Knog does not have access to or the ability to change any Apple Find My information.
