Scout is not responsive or disappeared from the Knog app

If your Knog app or Scout isn't responding, try these steps before a factory reset:

1. Connect your Knog Scout to power with a USB-C cable until the green light shows it's fully charged.

2. Close the Knog app on your iPhone by swiping up from the bottom and then swiping up on the app to close it.

3. Ensure you have the latest version of the Knog app.

4. Reopen the Knog app. Your Scout should now be visible, with all features enabled.

 

If these steps don't work and your Scout isn't armed, you can perform a factory reset as described here, then set up your Scout again as a new device.
