Cannot add Scout to Apple Find My app

Never manually add or remove Scout via your phones Bluetooth device settings, as this will break the encrypted connection or prevent the Knog app from communicating with the Scout.

Pairing mode for Find My is available only for 10 minutes after connecting Scout to a charger. If it expires, reconnect Scout to the charger to restart pairing mode.

If you still can't add Scout to Find My, force close and reopen the Find My app.

You may also need to restart your iPhone after connecting Scout to power to reset pairing mode.
