My Scout Find My app set up failed

First, restart the Scout Find My pairing mode by connecting a charger to the USB-C port. Next, force close the Find My app and reopen it. Check to see whether the Scout can now complete the Find My set up.

If you are still unable to complete the Find My set up, your Scout may have made an incomplete connection to the Apple Find My network. You will need to perform a factory reset and begin the Scout set up process again.

Do not attempt a factory reset while the Scout alarm is in an armed state.
