Scout firmware update fails due to an error

Ensure the device is charged, and that your phone is connected to the internet before attempting to update the Scout firmware. 

If the firmware upgrade fails, the device will continue to use the existing firmware version. You can start the update process again to re-attempt the firmware update. 

If you are experiencing repeat failures, please try logging out of the Knog app and then log back in to reset the app server connection.
